FreshContact pricing structure

The pricing at FreshContact depends on the number of emails you are sending at a time. The more you send - the lower is price to send one email.

There are several types of transactions possible in FreshContact:

• Finished Transactions - the campaigns in this section are finished and paid for either by credit card or invoice (providing the invoice payment is activated for your account).
• Credit Transactions - the campaign in this section are finished but the invoice for these campaigns has not been paid yet (providing the invoice payment is activated for your account).
• Initialised Transactions - the campaigns in this section have not been started yet and the invoice for this campaigns has not been paid yet (providing the invoice payment is activated for your account).
• Prepayment Transactions - the campaigns in this section have been paid for by credit card and have not been finished yet.
• Cancelled Transactions - you paid for the campaigns in this section via credit card and you cancelled these campaigns after launch but before they have been actually started. However, the payment for the campaigns are taken at the time you set the launch date. That is why the FreshContact administrator will refund you within two working days.

FreshContact offers two ways of payment - by credit card via SecPay (www.secpay.com) secure payment system and by invoice. Invoicing is a method of payment available in FreshContact and alternative to the credit card payments. Only qualified UK companies are able to pay via invoices. If you are an individual using FreshContact, please pay via credit card.

Pricing
